Alternative Cancer Connection

Helping You Find Treatments in Germany

If you're interested in alternative cancer treatment in Germany, but are feeling overwhelmed, I can help you. In 2015 and 2016 I traveled from the US to a clinic in Germany for my own alternative cancer treatment. In 2017 I moved to Germany and now live in Berlin as a US expat. I'm currently visiting other alternative cancer clinics here to find out more about the treatments and doctors. You can find out more about my story here

Why Talk with Me?

German Cancer Clinics

Bottom line... because I've been sitting where you're sitting.

In 2015 when my sister and I were researching treatment options after the cancer diagnosis I was given, we just wanted to talk with someone who had traveled to Germany for alternative cancer treatment. We wanted to know if this an absolutely crazy idea, or do normal people really choose this option?

And if I was actually going to do this... I also had a bunch of questions that weren't about the doctors or treatments but about logistics... like how to contact the clinic, what the cost was, paying for treatment (and wiring money to the clinic using TransferWise), flying there quickly, the culture, the language, what to expect, what not to expect, why can't this treatment be given in the US, what a typical day is like, and more!

So that's where I come in... I don't think there's a "perfect" or "best" cancer treatment plan or clinic or doctor in North America or Germany. *gasp*

But I do think there's a "perfect" or "best" choice for you.

Maybe it means going to Germany. Maybe not. Maybe it means going to Mexico. Maybe it means staying in your hometown and using local health care practitioners. But at the very least, you can make a more informed and hopefully more empowered decision after talking with me.
